The Sessions Are Just the Start. Catalyst Doesn't Stop There.
A 5K over the Brooklyn Bridge to kick off the day. A lunch that gets real. Comedy, golf simulation, darts, and other games to break the ice. A party that closes out the whole thing. This is the part people fly home talking about.
Catalyst 26 Run Club
Meet in the lobby, then follow our run hosts on a scenic route built to show off Brooklyn, from the bridge to the waterfront. It turns into some of the best informal networking of the week, no badge required.
- Cross the Brooklyn Bridge as the city wakes up
- Loop through Brooklyn Bridge Park along the waterfront
- Led by run hosts on a route built to highlight the best of Brooklyn
- Finish back at the Marriott in time for breakfast and the keynote
- All paces welcome. This is a run, not a race
Women in Partnerships Luncheon
This lunch starts with senior women leaders saying what actually worked, off script. Then it opens into a room built for the harder conversations and real networking: sponsorship, bias, visibility, and what it really takes to lead in partnerships.
- Candid panel with senior women leaders sharing real career stories
- Lunch conversation and networking built around career growth, sponsorship, and influence
- Real talk on overcoming bias, imposter syndrome, and authenticity
- A room built for connection, not performance
X-Golf & Comedy Night
Catalyst week doesn't wait for Wednesday. Swing a simulator or throw some darts at X-Golf Brooklyn, catch two stand-up sets at Brooklyn Improv, or do both, they're a short walk apart once you're there. Easy, low-pressure networking before the conference even opens.
- X-Golf Brooklyn — 105 N 13th St, Williamsburg. Golf simulators and darts
- Brooklyn Improv — 64 N 9th St, comedy sets at 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM
- Light bites and a bar running at both venues
- About a 15-minute rideshare from the Marriott, 5-minute walk between venues
Catalyst After Dark
Think the Frontier ecosystem reimagined as a party: wristbands synced to the DJ, roaming entertainment, and the city's best late-night food. Early hours keep things easy and all-ages, then the room shifts into full electronic energy after 9.
- Space-themed: silvers, grays, blacks, and whites
- No dress code. Upscale, but you can dance in it all night
- Classic NY cuisine, served grab-and-go, including pizza and lobster rolls
- Beer, wine, and a full non-alcoholic bar
- A fully themed evening. The full reveal is still coming together, and it's worth the wait
A Themed Evening
Space-inspired details throughout the night. We're keeping the full reveal a surprise.
Two Distinct Moods
All-ages and easygoing until 9 PM, then the air walls close for full electronic energy.
Built to Wander
Illuminated lounge seating, interactive games, and grab-and-go food stations throughout.
